Prabhas Busy with Vaaradhi

Young Rebel Star Prabhas who stunned audience with his lean look in the audio release of Venkatesh’s Bodyguard is working till mid-night for his new film Vaaradhi to be directed by writer turned director Koratala Shiva. Yesterday, the unit shot most crucial scenes of the film at Manikonda till 11:00 pm on Prabhas and heroine Richa Gangopadhyaya. Anushka is also roped in as one of the leading ladies of the film. The film is being made with all commercial elements and the makers are planning it to release it for summer.

The film is being produced on UV Creations banner by Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy. Recently, Prabhas completed working for the Hyderabad schedule of his next release Rebel under the direction of Raghava Lawrence. The makers are trying hard to release this film for summer.

Prabhas To Fight For Varadhi

The latest movie of Young Rebel Star Prabhas, ‘Varadhi’, in the direction of Koratala Shiva, was launched on 17th October, 2011 and the regular shooting has been going on. The shooting of action sequences is taking place at ‘Maryada Ramanna’ house .This is the first directorial venture of Koratala Shiva, who was basically a writer.

Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyaya are pairing up with Prabhas in this film. Devi Sri Prasad is giving the music while Vamsi Krishna and Pramod Uppalapati are producing this film jointly under the banner ‘UV Creations’.

Prabhas’s Rebel for Ugadi!

Prabhas’s Rebel is likely to release for Ugadi (Telugu New Year). Lawrence is directing this stylized mass movie. Lawrence promises to present Prabhas in completely different look. Tamanna and Deesksha Seth are playing the female leads in it.

There have been rumors circulating over delay in Rebel’s shoot, but as per the news sources, the movie is going as per the planned schedule. Prabhas’s previous two films were targeted at class audience and it has been a while since we have seen him in a full fledged mass character.

Lawrence, who has good command over making films that impresses mass audience, makes sure that Rebel too fits the bill. Successful music director Thaman is scoring music for this film.

Prabhas is Eyeing Summer Hat-Trick

Prabhas is still being addressed as Young Rebel star by the media circles. But we can call him Rebel star as Krishnam Raju is too old to bear that tag. Prabhas has certainly surpassed Krishnam Raju as a hero by earning fans on his own in all the sections of audience.

Last two films of Prabhas were crucial for him as he experimented with his image and went against the tide. Darling and Mr. Perfect made him the favorite of family audiences. To break free from the flop spree, Prabhas moved away from mass-centric roles and has been rewarded with back to back summer hits.

Prabhas is eyeing a hat-trick summer hit with Rebel. This film is scheduled for release in the last week of March. Lawrence is the director of this film and he knows the pulse of common audience pretty well. His directorial ventures rarely failed at the box office and therefore Prabhas has more than a chance to register third hit during summer in a row.

Prabhas Returning from Bangkok

Young Rebel Star Prabhas is all set to return from Bangkok on the 12th of this month along with the team of ‘Rebel’. The production team of ‘Rebel’ was in Bangkok to shoot for some specially choreographed action sequences on Prabhas and the other principal characters of the movie. Lawrence is directing this project.

Tamanna and Deeksha Seth are the heroines and Thaman is scoring the music. The movie is a stylish action entertainer and Lawrence is taking special care on the dances and fights in the movie. J. Bhagawan and J.Pulla Rao are jointly producing this film. The movie is being readied for an Ugadi release
